Best Baking Tray with A Wire Rack

👤I like the size of the pans. I put foil over them because they are not nonstick. I knew more. The baking mat was supposed to be included. I was not going to use them unless they were washed. I put them in the dishwasher. I noticed that the rack for the largest pan had a broken piece when I removed it. The welding of pieces should not be separated from washing. I would make it stronger by seeing the welding machines.

👤I use them for counter protectors. I leave meat in plastic bags when I cook, I dredge it when I fry, and I set up a place to hold utensils and measuring cups. I purchased two sets. They clean up in the dishwasher. They aren't as heavy as other brands and they don't crisp things up as well as the Williams Sonoma gold pans I have, but they are as good as anything in this price range.

👤I really wanted these pans but I am disappointed. There is a permanent stain on food drippings. Light scrubbing with a regular soap pad scratched these up completely. The pans and racks are very thin and flimsy. I was surprised that they survived in the oven at 400.

I bought this one that is stamped shir, stays silver after washing, and is not toxic, because of that. It gets 5 stars because of that fact. It might not fit perfectly. 👤This product was pretty good. I have baked a lot of things with this pan/rack, and everything has turned out great. I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! I am very pleased with this rack and look forward to many more. When shopping, the empty bacon bag is included.

👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.

👤I used this to cook a turkey. The bird turned out well. I received this item and it appears to be bent/warped. The pan is in the middle. I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.

👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.

👤I was expecting a good product. There are two products that I received. The mat is made of silicone. The pans are large and well made. The racks are much deeper than shorter models. They are a great value. I would have been thrilled to get one set at this price, now that I have seen the value. It's an amazing deal to get sets. You won't be upset with the product. 👤A piece of kitchen ware. You get two. The shine on these is as good as a mirror, and the quality of them is great. Teflon/Aluminum/Steel sheets are worth more work than they are worth. They say they were dishwasher safe and found that due to small holes in the rolled edges they would trap water and when removed from my dishwasher it dripped dirty rusty water. The set of STAINLESS STEEL is no longer available. The things I bake get heated and cooked on the wire rack. It was difficult to find this size in many stores. The right size is worth the price. I don't like the non stick sheets as they are hard to clean.

👤It's more like steel plated and holds the smell of the food you cook very well. If it were up to me, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone because the mats are trash. Had to wash it several times before the smell was noticeable.

👤The trays have magnets on them. They are of the lowest possible quality, but that doesn't mean they are not STAINLESS STEEL. You can't use the metal on the cooktop because it's not magnetic. The package was open when the trays arrived. I was surprised that everything was in the box. It is a bitter disappointment that they are magnetic.

👤I love these pans and have used them daily since I bought them, they are clean and shine well. I baked a sheet cake in them and noticed that the black liner is starting to fall off, it looks like fine hair. I will keep the pans, but I will find a better liner for them.

👤These cookie sheets were what I wanted. I was concerned about the reviews that said adverse events in the oven. This was not my experience at all. The pans were straight. Everything went well. I didn't like the look of the mats. I will wait to try them out. The racks were a bonus. They were used for cooling. These cookie sheets are very nice. They are easy to clean.

I loved them! But them. When it was time to clean them, I soaked them in warm water and let them sleep. This is what I woke up to today, as I do with all my pans. My pans are ruined. 👤I will definitely order another one of these pans. Excellent quality, I love how sturdy this pans is. I checked the Amazon description and it said it was dishwasher safe, but I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher. I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

There is a heavy edge, but there is a gap between the side of the pan and the rim, so you can't really dry it well, so rust will build up over time. The top edge of the pan has rough spots that look like a knife was run over it. There is a spot on the rack edge that is stuck and can not be removed. I haven't cooked it yet, but I think it will be a great pan.

They have always cleaned up quickly for me with a soapy brush at the sink, and I have never experienced rust issues. They have done a great job for my needs. 👤I use a heavy duty cooling rack in my smoker to keep bacon out of the grate. The cross supports are strong. The unit is higher quality and costs more. I was docked for not controlling quality. The one I received had some messed up welds. I expected it to be straight. I tried to bend the wires back, but they are welded solid.

It's heavy, solidly built, won't bend or deform from abnormal use, and does it's job with attitude and an over engineered style. I bought one because I didn't know what I was doing. I'm buying three more because you have to have four. I don't mind. It made my girls happy and satisfied my manly definition of a solid tool. I did well.

👤I ordered this cooling rack because it was easy to clean and it was made of STAINLESS STEEL. The supporting framework is made of steel. The wire mesh on top is not real steel. It's hard to wash because of the rough coating on the wire mesh. I used the rack today and it works well, the baked goods seem to get stuck to the wire mesh.

👤We've tried a lot of different racks in the past, even after seeing reviews that suggested they might not be good for baking, only cooling. I was very happy to find this one that can do both. It was suggested by a youtuber that focuses on Sous Vide. He uses it to hold vacuum sealed bags with food in the water bath. This has held up well under water and has been used for baking. This rack is for the price. When you bake something on it, spray some cooking spray on it and it will clean up.
