👤These pans are really nice. I will be able to use the smaller pans for something if they were bigger. The pan is large. They are a little lighter than my old ones and so far have cleaned up nicely. I like the racks that are included. I think the price is right and would buy again if I needed to. I would buy the large one.

The chicken was placed on the wire rack and brushed with lite BBQ sauce. 2. There were permanent stains on the pan from BBQ sauce that dripped onto it. The pan was cleaned with soapy cloth. 👤I think it will help prevent warping by being heavy/solid for the size. It seems to clean up well. I just unwrapped it from the packaging and the coating is rubbing off at 4 of the 6 contact points between the sheet and the rack, the other 2 have rough patches started. 👤I usually bake bacon in the oven, but when the old baking rack fell off, I went looking for a new one. After about a month of use, I can say that I am completely satisfied with them. The most annoying thing about my previous baking racks was the fact that they were dirty after I baked bacon. My previous rack had a grid of wires and bacon that got stuck in the corners. The lack of a grid, the greater distance between wires, and the thicker wires make cleaning them easy. I don't think the rack loses much strength, although I'm not sure if it would support a half-sheet-sized fruitcake or roast, I imagine most cakes.
