There are two 35 x 1.5 inches purple cake strips. The cake strips can be oven safe up to 400F. The set includes a roasting pan, baking pan, cooling rack, and muffin pan that fit in most toasts. 👤I felt I needed to write a review for this set. It is very heavy duty and very nice looking. I love the pan with the rack. The pan without the rack has a different look than the rest of the set. I have to wipe Brown water out of the corners of the pan for about 5 minutes until it all washes away. I worry that there arebacteria in there. It seems like a bad design to me. I would have given this set a five star rating. They should change the design of this pan. I have enclosed a picture. The rusty water can be seen in the corners after I had wiped it. I have only used this pan twice. It's a new pan. I think it will end up in the garbage. Disappointed in the design. The rest was great. If you want to know what you're getting, buy the pieces separately.
👤The muffin pan and cookie sheet seem to be ok, but the deeper pan was a total waste. The pan has a seam/fold on the interior, but the coating isn't applied until after the pan is formed. So! The pans are labeled as suitable for the dishwasher, but the deeper pan rusted in the seams/folds upon first wash, leaking rust into the pan. Absolutely useless. Cookie sheet seems to be ok so far, but I am a little concerned about the safety given the quality of the deeper pan.
👤The muffin pan does not fit in a standard oven. The muffin pan is not listed in the description. "The essential set to create any type of baked goods in a toaster oven" is the quote on the description page that would lead me to believe that all the pieces in this set would fit. I don't know how big a muffin is. They would probably make adjustments to get 6 to fit. From my mistake, learn. I will warn you of all that is good and pure.
👤This product is very cute. I'm loving them for most of the time. The cupcake pan does not fit in my oven. The rest of the pans fit. It's not quite finished... The pan would fit without the curved edges. My husband is a metalworker. I might have him cut the curves down and re-roll them. That's a lot of work for a set of pans.

👤The last year has been very good for these. There was no weird rust or discoloration. Don't try to scratch quickly. I take good care of them, so I'm not sure how much abuse they would be able to endure. I don't have an oven. These are used a lot. Added pictures. After reading reviews with problems with the size of the pans, put the tape measure alongside them. The baking dish is my most used pan and I wanted to show that it scratches a bit, but not horrible.

👤This product was pretty good. I have baked a lot of things with this pan/rack, and everything has turned out great. I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! I am very pleased with this rack and look forward to many more. When shopping, the empty bacon bag is included.
👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.
👤I used this to cook a turkey. The bird turned out well. I received this item and it appears to be bent/warped. The pan is in the middle. I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.
👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.
What is the meaning of the grips? The handles on the pans give you more grip on them as you slide them into the oven. The handles are safe to use in ovens. Silicone can get hot when in the oven for a longer time, so they recommend using oven mitts when removing the pans. They recommend hand washing the pans because they are stain resistant. The elevated mesh basket allows super-heated air to pass through and circulate around the food making it cook evenly. The air circulation reduces the chances of food burning and gives it a golden brown finish. No food sticks to the surface means no more tough stains or burnt messes. No need to flip or turn your food. Grease, drippings, and crumbs can be caught on the oven tray.
👤Don't buy if you're warned. The title states that the cookware is 34 x 26 x 10 cm, but under the item dimensions it says LxWxH12.6 x 9.45 x 3.15 inches. Pictures show a tray and a crisping basket being used in a full size oven. The item was returned because I was expecting a larger tray and basket.

👤After reading the product information and reviews, I had high hopes for this item. I was disappointed. The copper is not dishwasher safe and food is sticking to it. The item is no longer useful and can only be used in the bin. I had to put the whole thing into a baking tray to prevent fat from dripping into the oven because the tray is too shallow. If you're cooking anything with a moderate amount of fat, please be aware of this. If I could, I would give it a minus 5 stars because it failed on the main selling points that the manufacturer bangs on about. I know that other people with the same experience as me are also disappointed.

👤Don't read their instructions. They will tell you not to use cooking spray. They are incorrect. You will not get the taste of fried food but you will get the crispness of frozen foods. Put foil on the bottom sheet and lightly spray the basket to make it last longer. I like using coconut oil spray because it is the least intrusive tasting spray. Don't layer your items on the basket. I made a mistake with the onion rings. If you're cooking something like onion rings, flip it. Ignore the instructions. I got soggy fish filets. I've gotten the process down since then. This is very small. If you make enough money, you could feed a couple of people. onion rings take up a lot of space You could fit two in most ovens with these. The pictures of the first meal I made on this were attached. You can see how bad things were but don't stack them like I did.

👤I have a large smart oven from Breville that does both air and convection. I bought this to make up for the lack of air fry function. And you know what? This works just as well as a bake or roast. I make a lot of things, such as tater tots and hashbrowns, which all turn out evenly crisp, and delicious chicken wings, which are great, but sort of a midway between baked and fried. If you have the same oven as mine, I'm okay with that.

👤I knew I was on to something big when I discovered that I no longer have to stand over a hot stove frying bacon for breakfast. My husband likes bacon for breakfast. I didn't like frying bacon. I will never fry bacon again because I bought a roasting pan. I bake it now. A pound of bacon. The pan has bacon in it. Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes, then remove to a paper-towel lined platter and cook the rest of the package. When I have finished baking the bacon, I put it in a plastic bag and put it in the meat drawer of my refrigerator. When I need two of three slices of bacon, I take them out, place them on a clean paper towel and cover them with a second paper towel, then microwave them, depending on how well done you prefer your bacon. To clean the pan and rack, I simply drain out the bacon grease and let them soak for 15 minutes in hot soapy water. A brush and a dish cloth can be used to wash the pan. I love this pan.

👤Very disappointed. The ad says that the rack is the only thing that is still smilng. I was looking for a bacon rack set and was disappointed that I couldn't wash the whole thing in the dishwasher because the baking sheet is made of aluminum. The customer service is not very friendly. 👤It is the only way I can make bacon. I spray the grate with Pam and that makes it easy to clean. I bet the fries would come out much better if I cooked them on this. When my fiancée cleaned it, it did scratch easily. I don't know what he used to clean it. I tried to add a photo of the scratches, but it was also dirty and I just used it today.

👤I ordered different sizes of pans. A full sheet pan, a 1/3 sheet pan, 3 half sheet pans, a 1/2 sheet pan, and a Jelly roll pan are included. Some of the pans had rack that fit in them. They aren't worth the money. They are not safe to use in the dishwasher. The pans have never been put in the dishwasher, but one of them accidentally got washed in the dishwasher within a couple of weeks after I got it, and the coating came off, and has gotten worse since then. After a couple of months, the coating on all of the others started peeling off and they are starting to get stained as well. It's getting harder and harder to tell which one was the one that went through the dishwasher. The coating on the pans is flaky because of the racks that came with them. I can't recommend them to anyone. I wish I had kept my cheaper ones. The reviews warn you that the coating will fall off. All of the positive reviews have to be paid for.
👤I had a pan like this for a long time. I like to cook bacon on weekends for breakfast, but I don't like the mess of the cook top and not being able to get the right amount of crispness on the bacon. I used this pan to cook bacon in my oven at 300 degrees. The clean up was easy because the bacon was cooked perfectly. The cooking takes longer, but if you time the making of the coffee and the cooking of the pancakes you should be good. I am happy that I bought two of them.

After cooking bacon on the rack, I drain the grease and put the pan and rack in warm soapy water for 30 minutes. Then I use a plastic bristle brush to clean it. Voila! easypeezy. 👤The 18/0 isferritic, not the more typical 18/10. The big stamp on the bottom seems to have not made it to any of the product pictures. I don't know about the rack. It's not the same alloy, but it could be a different grade. This is a heavy article of cookware.

I gave it a try after reading the awesome reviews. I'm very happy! It's much thicker than I expected, which was something I was worried about. A clean up is a good thing. It's seriously. The cooling rack addition allowed us to make bacon that was the best I have ever eaten. Yes, seriously. The pan went straight from sitting on a cold island counter to a 400 degree oven and that was a mistake. The times that I set my pan on the stove as it preheats the popping is never an issue. Would highly recommend this pan.
👤The pan has a rack. It could be used for cooling cookies or baking bacon in the oven. I put them in the dishwasher and they come out clean. I only had them for a month but I am very happy with them. I can see that the quality is pretty good. I'm trying to convert most of my baking and cooking stuff to non stick because of Teflon. I am.
👤Sometimes you think you are the cause of the problem when you write poor reviews. I have had this for a long time and it warps whenever I use it. Anything on it pops off when it warps. I have tried to put in the oven while preheating. I tried heating up in the oven, but when it pops to take out, I have to wait and re- install the oven. Sorry for the poor review but the truth is the truth for me.

👤I work with 304 and 316 STAINLESS STEEL. If you do the magnet test, you should use a magnet that is strong and stick to it. I don't want my food to be plated and cooked into it. Product!
👤It is not true that it is true that it is starting to rust and some of the connecting welds cracked.
👤I received a set of two, but both had broken welds. These are not high quality. A replacement set was shipped in hopes the broken welds were a mistake. There were two broken welds on one rack in the new set. It doesn't seem like a fair deal to me for a flimsy rack with broken welds. These will be returned. You can find another brand.

There were a lot of choices when I looked at Amazon. I stumbled on this jewel and am very happy I did. I thought I would have to pay for one rack, but it was two for less. When I received an email from the company thanking me for my purchase, I was excited to receive the product. They told me that if I had a problem with the product, they would be there to help. Wow! Customer service is live. I had a problem before. Unheard of this day and time. The racks are great. It fit perfectly in my pan and cookie sheet. It's perfect to have two racks. I can cook with one and use the other to cool things. Very strong. They had a bath in the dishwasher and did well. Highly recommend this product.

👤I don't like using metal rack for a recipe because they are hard to clean. I bought these racks because they are made up of tiny squares and are easier to get between. I tested them when I made bacon. All of the ingredients are cooked to a crisp. You couldn't find anything more sticky. The first rack and pan should be washed with soap. Everything had come off and the only thing required was a light. I let the pan and rack soak for a few minutes. The baked on crud came off with one or two small marks on the rougher side of the sponge. I was amazed. The baking sheet took a lot of grease to get clean. These rack fit my quarter size baking pans perfectly, are heavy enough for most foods, and were nicely priced. I am impressed with the durability so far.

👤The large surface area of the pans made it possible to fit a lot of potatoes at one time. I am having health issues that lead me to look at things I have overlooked. This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.
