👤This review is small. I used to use a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish and it was always filled with food and sauces. I didn't think to measure it. The standard 9 x 13 Pyrex is only 7.25 x 11.75 and 1.75 inches deep. I found the Emile Henry when I was looking for a bigger baking dish. The Emile Henry has inside dimensions of 9.75 x 13.5 and 2.5 inches deep. My Pyrex can fit inside the Emile Henry. I'm looking forward to cooking with it and not losing any of my recipes.

I ordered the Emile Henry baker 14 x 10 x 2 and my husband ordered the 13 x 9 x 3 baker, but I didn't know I had already ordered one. Wow! Did I make it or not? Love them both. This pan can be used for casseroles, lasagna or roasting. The pan is deep and holds twice as much as the old Pyrex. The measurement is in inches. It is a little bigger at the top and a little smaller at the bottom. The handles are 10.25 wide and 3 deep. It holds more than four quarts. I have pieces of Emile Henry for years and I love them all. It is easy to clean up after they bake. I wonder what will happen next.

This dish did not hold up to its end of the bargain or the product it claims to have. I have used this 6 times since I bought it in 2017. The stupid thing cracked all the way across the bottom after I pulled it out of the oven and put my enchalidas in it. They are finished on the bottom. They called customer service and were told to go to the website and place their order. Not helpful. I am getting more faulty items from Amazon. When it cooled down, it flattened out. I flung hot food all over the kitchen when I used it again, because it popped when I pulled it out of the oven. Thank goodness for oven mats. 👤The GreenLife pots and pans are a beautiful color and the appeal of healthy cookware had me buying them. I used them for a week and they fell apart. I gave two stars because of the color. Here is a list of things that can go wrong when using the pots pans and bakeware together. 1. The turquoise finish left a turquoise covering over the top of my gas stove after a day of use. After a wash or two, the exposed aluminum rusted terribly, even though it was only a cosmetic and disappointing sight. This rust is frightening because it can harborbacteria. 2. The plastic spatula provided in the set with these began to wear off after a few weeks of using them. Our tortillas were torn and stuck to the bottom of the pans because the coat had lost so much of it's non-stick coating. The particles that are peeling off are going into your food, so please be aware of this. I have to worry that the aluminum bases of these pan may be in my food as well. 3. The "Stay- Cool Bakelite handle with soft touch" only stays cool to the touch until it burns, smokes, and char at the exposure of heat from the flame. The smell and fumes of burning plastic fill my home and sets of the smoke detectors are almost always used. The handles start smoking when boiling water. Burning plastic can cause dangerous emissions. Toxic chemicals are being released into the home and air way when these handles burn. I was sorely disappointed and out of money after purchasing this entire 14 piece set with 2 of their matching cookie sheets, loaf pan, casserole dish, and 12 cup cupcake tin. I wouldn't recommend buying these until they make some serious improvements. Once I have contacted the seller and requested a refund, I will update.

👤If you're looking for containers with lids that fit onto the container, then these are for you. 99% of the containers fit the lids. They're small for the job at hand and not tight. The glass containers are of decent size. I didn't have any issues with the packaging. There were no chips or scratches in the box. If a container has a lid, then it should fit on there tightly. I've had them pop off when I've moved containers around in a cabinet and even when they have contents in them, which is quite scary.

The little pizza pan is the perfect size for a single serving of all kinds of food, for example stuffed peppers, baked zucchini, or tater tots, and it would work well for melts and nuggets. If you use a standard oven in your toaster oven, you need these.

👤This set was very convenient for the oven. I noticed some rust colored water drips on the floor when I took a pan out of the dishwasher. I didn't connect the dots until the second time. The pans have rounded edges. This allows water to enter. When you take the pan out of the dishwasher, the rusty water drips out. I've only used 2 of the pans, so this happened almost immediately. A line of rust can be seen if you look closely.

👤The coating seems to hold up over time in the oven. Chicago Metallic is one of the brands that don't hold up well. Farberware seems to give better performance than other brands as I have used it many times and the non-stick coating seems to hold up well in the oven. I bought "Chicago Metallic" because it didn't perform well. If you want to get Farberware, you should get it as it holds up in the toaster oven and Chicago metallic does not. Do not buy Chicago Metallic, you will regret it.

👤The pizza tray is advertised as being 7 X 7 while the pans are advertised as being 10 X 7. I own a Toast-R-Oven model. The dimensions of its interior are 10 X 8.5. I assumed that the pans would fit in the oven. The pans wouldn't go into the oven. I measured the pans and found that their true measurement was only 7.4 X 7.4, with the pizza pan's true measurement being 7.4 X 7.4. The pizza pan was the only size that fit into my oven, even though the label says it's 10 X 7. I am returning the set and ordering another because the pans said they fit, but they weren't. The bottom of the pan's cooking surface is what the manufacturers of these pans all give the measurement for. It is not practical to give out the measurement for the longest and widest part of the pan.

👤I have used these several times and they have been a good set for the price. The cookie sheets and cake pan go to the side of the small oven I have. I forgot to dry the cake pan and that caused it to rust. If they last me a year, I'll be very happy. I've started wiping out the inside of the pans with a soapy washcloth to make sure there's no more rust on the "fold" at the top of the pans. No more rust issues.

The dishes are a bit larger in the interior. This isn't a problem for me. The day after I received them, I made the larger dish of lasagna. The picture was taken with the lasagna. The largest dish is 12 x 9 x 3 high, the medium dish is 7 x 7 x 2 high, and the smallest dish is 5 x 5 x 2 high. The sizes of these casserole dishes are different from my other dishes and they will all be very useful. I am happy the two smaller ones fit in my oven. I love that this set is stackable, so they don't take as much space for storage. I noticed that the grooves in the handles were hard to clean after reading a few reviews. The grooves are not deep, so I don't understand. After they cool, soak them in warm soapy water and use a brush to clean them. This isn't a problem for me. These dishes are easy to clean. I don't put them in the dishwasher, but I do wash them by hand. I have used them in the microwave and in the oven, and they have been perfect. I have been using these casserole dishes a couple times a week for over a month, and I am still very happy with them. They are very easy to clean. The casserole dishes have been put in the dishwasher after we got a new dishwasher. They come out clean. The two smaller ones fit in my Ninja oven. 👤I have lost 50 pounds on a diet that includes raw and roasted veggies every night. I use a lot of the cooking sprays and seasonings that make the glass baking dishes stained dark. This product is bright in yellow and has roasted veggies inside. My husband travels, so when it is me. The smallest dish is perfect for a single serving. My biggest must-have is easy to clean. I can't give my new SWEEJAR baking dishes 5 stars because the handles required a lot of elbow grease to get white again after just a single use. The handle grips have ridges, but you can't see them in the photo. These dishes are hard to clean because of the ridges. The grips should be smooth like the rest of the dish. The inside of the dish is very easy to clean after soaking it in hot sudsy water. Unless you want the same ugly brown stains as my glass baking dishes, there is no way to clean the handles.

This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.

Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.

Everything is perfect. If you put it all out, you can just throw it in the dishwasher. Before reuse, wipe it down with some oil. I like to use your favorite recipes in this pan. I usually use the second one for roasting. I've thrown some good food in there. I was missing something that was easy to clean, safe, light weight, and could bake and roast very well. I have used disposable aluminum pans and they are bad for the environment. Health is the most important thing for me. I was very happy to find this product, and I started using it after I looked at it, and it met all of my needs. I put a small amount of oil on the potatoes. Pop them in the oven and they will look great. A quick clean up is a bit of soapy water. In the same way, I roast over veggies and bacon. This is not a typical coating that will wear down over time. I ordered a second pan today. I am going to look at their pans. It's normal for high end Italian, German, French and other products to be built for performance and you need to follow the care and feeding instructions carefully. Don't put the dishwasher in; you don't need to. It cleans up quickly. Do not put it in an oven that is more than 400 degrees F. Only plastic or wood. There are four Only use a sponge and soapy water to clean. There were no pads. It is very easy to clean up and not needed. I love this pan and think it could be replaced by All Clad. It is better than the best.
