Best Baking Trays for Oven Nonstick Deep

👤The pans are easy to clean. It springs into a warped state when you put it in the oven. You can't put anything in there that will run off if it's not flat. I can't recommend it due to its instability.

This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.

👤I ordered Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there's no difference in age. I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. I can't speak to the wear of either or anything other than these cookies, so take this review as you will.

👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.

👤Excellent pan. It is perfect for Lasagna. Even after reheated leftovers, this pan cleaned up nicely. The sides of the pan have a different slant than the pictures show. It is easier to serve on the side with a 1/2 inch difference from top to bottom. I was hesitant to order because it looked like the pan was different from top to bottom. I'm very happy I ordered it. It's what I was looking for.

👤Over the years, I have had baking pans that had a coating that rusted and left marks on my counter. I cheered out loud when I saw this pan. It's over an inch deeper than my old pans, so the volume is made up. It is heavier. When I received my pan, I immediately made dinner. The dish was baked evenly, there was no threat of it rusting, and the clean-up was easy. I've baked in it many times. It is promising to be a sturdy pan. I can easily buy some for Christmas gifts if I recommend this highly.

👤I found out that my aluminum pans and cookie sheets may have been the better choice after I replaced them. These are shiny and easy to clean, but in some cases they don't work because I need high heat. It's low, say 350 degrees. I bake some breads at 480 degrees. It's not a question of whether or not to use stainless steel. I wouldn't trust them over a gas flame to cook casseroles or make gravy from a roaster pan, they can warp and scratch, and I could never use them under a Broil to crisp tops of casseroles. These pans are very nice, if you're careful about the temperature you use them at.

👤The pan is sturdy and well made, which is impressive. I chose this pan for it's deep sides because I bought mine for lasagne. I was concerned that sticking might be a problem, but it was not true. I used olive oil to prepare the pan and had no issues with it sticking. It seems to not conduct heat as well as other pans, so I had to increase my cooking time and it was still not quite right. I will figure out the proper cooking times for this pan since it seems to be the only deep pan in this size range.

👤This is a large pan with a steel frame. It works in my steam oven. The TeamFar is heavy. The weight was measured at 590 grams. There were no rough edges. For the very reasonable price, there is no indication of the grade of the steel. A refrigerator magnet did not stick to the bottom of the pan in my simple test. It is possible to remove the label.

👤Over the years, I have purchased many pans, some of which have ended up in the trash. This pan would be great for anyone's kitchen. It's easy to clean. You don't have to worry about the steel being damaged. I would have at least two or more of these in the cabinet if I still had children at home. It is the perfect size for brownies and lemon squares and if you use the paper lining, you don't have to wash the pan when finished. I would have liked to have found this pan sooner. The best size for casseroles is two.

👤If grease or oil touches the hot pan, it will cause it to discolor. If you expect the pan to stay bright, use it for cookies. You will hear a clank in the oven at 350. When cool, it will return to shape. You can have a mess in the oven if you have any liquid in the pan.

👤I don't know why it warped. I put it in the oven and it popped right away. The corner of the pan that was bent all the way up was the one that had bread on it. I baked the bread and then the bake corner went down. It should not happen with any bakeware. There is something with the metal. There is an update. The pan has 430 ss in it. That is a medium grade steel. I had trouble with it. There is a If you don't want it to buckle, don't preheat the oven. You have to have food on the whole pan surface if you want the heat to spread evenly.

👤I use these to make 2 huge batches of wings. They both warped when they were cooked in the oven. Trying to clean them is the worst part. The oil from the wings seeped onto the pan even though I coated it with aluminum foil. I have spent two hours trying to scrub everything I can find, it's almost like rusty dark spots that reappear. They are too large to fit in my double sink and dishwasher. Brillo won't clean them.

👤This was made out of steel. Most pans are made of aluminum. This is very strong. It tends to bend to one corner when it's hot. This is a common occurrence if you're familiar with steel pans. I would buy again.

I wanted to keep the original review. I haven't used the blue diamond pans yet. These pans are not flimsy, so I gave them a 5 start for sturdiness. The are pretty. I think I will like them from the look and feel. I will update my review after I have used them a few times for how easy they are or not to clean.

👤These are very nice. It is very sturdy and thick and easy to clean. I threw the sweet potato fries on the ground without oil. They were easy to clean after soaking for 5 minutes because I made something sticky and burnt on them. When I put them in the dishwasher, water gets stuck under the lips and rusty oil falls out, so I suggest hand washing them.
