Best Baking Trays for Oven with Rack

👤The first time I used them, they warped.

👤When you bake something on a pan it will curls up and then the food will cook unevenly and the grease and oil will accumulate at the lower end. They are cheap.

It is the steel polish on iron. I switch to these sheets because they don't get into food, but only after baking. I don't have a problem with iron, it's not dangerous, but the steel is ripping off and it can get into food.

👤The baking sheet and rack set looks promising, I received them and they looked great. I tried to bake a homemade quiche with the largest cookie sheet pan, but it warped and drained all over my oven. It's very disappointing that you spend so much money on cookie sheets that they warp.

👤It warps at high temperatures. The rack is awesome and I still use it. Silicone can't be used above 400, so the ones that don't warp are coated with it. It can still work, just be prepared for it to warp.

👤These were dishwasher safe, rust-free, and sturdy and I bought them for that. They made a popping sound after using the pan in the oven. I was able to pull out the baking sheet without spilling hot liquid, but the sheet continued to warp as I tried to pull it out of the oven. It is not strong. I put the pan in the dishwasher and it came out with rust on it, first use, second wash... I washed them before using. This product was very disappointing.

I was worried that they would lose their finish, but these did not. They arrived a couple days early. The wings were made and put in the dishwasher.

The pans have a.25" down rack slot, which I like because it keeps my beef contained. The gauge of metal is included in the racks. The little rack touching area is just as hard to clean as any other rack in the oven. Overall surprised at the quality and in a good way!

👤The actual size of the pan is 12 3/8th X 9 3/8th. It is too short for my liking, but it does fit my oven air fryer. I would have kept my original pan, but it is under 10 so I am coming back. I didn't read the description dimensions that were located half way down the page, but I noticed they were more accurate.

I will be able to remove the foil pan shown in the picture to free up another rack in the smoker, while still catching drips, because these fit perfectly. I can put them in the smoker and then put them in the dishwasher. It was perfect.

I loved them! But them. When it was time to clean them, I soaked them in warm water and let them sleep. This is what I woke up to today, as I do with all my pans. My pans are ruined. 👤I will definitely order another one of these pans. Excellent quality, I love how sturdy this pans is. I checked the Amazon description and it said it was dishwasher safe, but I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher. I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

👤The pan and rack are small. I like it. The material rusts because of the rolled in edges that retain water. It leaves brown rust water when I pick it up. I think I will have to return it. It's the perfect size and would be great for baking fish.

👤The pan and rack are heavy, so that's a plus, but there are problems. There is a heavy edge, but there is a gap between the side of the pan and the rim, so you can't really dry it well, so rust will build up over time. The top edge of the pan has rough spots that look like a knife was run over it. There is a spot on the rack edge that is stuck and can not be removed. I haven't cooked it yet, but I think it will be a great pan.

👤Within a month my pan is starting to rust in the crevices on the back side and is completely discolored from hot substances making contact with it. The pan is not holding up the way I expected, but the rack is fine. It works well for cooling and drying out food, but the fit and finish fell apart very quickly. I expected it to be a bit more durable, but maybe there's some user error here, I should have seasoned it or it's not for use with high temperature liquids or foods.

Excellent quality and weight. It's great for baking and other cooking tasks, if you use it on the small size, and I use it to bake a few sweet potatoes at a time. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

The pan went back into place after one hour. It was very strange. I was surprised that it could warp at such a low temperature. Maybe it's not allstainless steel.

👤I use the regular oven for mine. I looked for a small pan with a rack, but most of them were too large for what I wanted: baking a couple of pork chops or chicken breasts. The hot air circulates around the food on both sides because the food doesn't cook in its own grease. If there are baked on stains, I clean them up with an SOS pad and they come off in a clean and shiny pan. This one fits nicely in the sink and dish drain, unlike my large baking pan. Is it possible to buy another one to have an extra?

👤I was going to give it 5 stars but decided to hold off. Good thing I did. I can't use the baking pan anymore because it is warped. I've never added water to pan until it's cooled. I've never had a warp in my baking pans.

👤This is a good size for a single person. I got hooked on the small pan because I no longer have a toasting oven. This is the best replacement for the old one. It is easy to clean. I like to line the bottom with foil and add a bit of water to it before broiling to avoid those nasty flare ups from the fat. I am very happy that I found this.

I received theaster oven pan and rack set just in time to grill some burgers. The small size fits the grill. The heavy metal parts were able to tame the flames on the grill. Grilling hamburgers is fun.

👤This grill is great. I use it on my weber q1200z. The holes allow grease to flow out. My grill temp is between 300 and 500 degrees f. I can cook a piece of prime rib steak and an entire chicken. The steak and chicken were amazing. This grilling tray is very good. It saves me money on foil and the clean up is easy.

It was difficult to figure out if any of your tray and rack sets would fit in my oven because of the way you listed the dimensions. It took me a while to figure out that you were measuring them by the inside dimensions. I ordered some that I thought would fit, the size was 12.5" x 10" x 1", after I figured that out. The quality is great. I have an air fryer oven with Rapidcrisp that I can use if someone needs trays. Thanks for the great product and service. Rudy.

👤It looks nice. The rack is a great idea. I have used it for both baking and under the broiler, and the tray warps when heated. I would prefer it to stay flat while baking and broiling. The rolled edge would have given better stability. It was a disappointment. Customer Service contacted me after seeing the review and gave me a full refund without the hassle of returning the tray. They get an A+ for that, but I can't recommend the tray.

👤I ordered two sheet pans and both have some scratches on the inside sides of the tray. Even though the items were wrapped in plastic, I think the wire rack cut through the plastic made the marks. I don't think they should be packed together. I am not happy that both pans have scratches. One pan has three and the other has two. The wire rack is not as good as the pan. I hope it doesn't rust. The wire rack has sharp edges. I believe this is the cause of the scratches to the inside sheet pan edge during shipping because they ship the wire rack within the sheet pan. The plastic bag doesn't seem to offer protection from the scratches. Very unfortunate. Someone from TeamFar could comment on this issue.

👤The baking pan and cooling rack are nice. The STAINLESS seems to be good quality. I was almost afraid of what I read about inferior steel grades. I don't remember, but it seems to be a great grade for its purpose, even if it doesn't have a nickel in it. I don't have to worry about the chemicals that might have been in my food or the air from the non-stick baking pans I used because I now have a brand of pans that are more resistant to cracking. These don't seem to have a tendency to turn dark with stains that won't come off like the others. I am very pleased with my purchase and I think this is worth paying a little bit more for.

👤This was bought to replace the pan that was included with the Breville oven. It was difficult to find a pan that was the right size for our purpose. We use the oven a lot, and this pan means no more lining with aluminum foil. The wire grate I use to keep food from sticking to the bottom promotes browning on both sides. I love it more when I use it.

👤This product was pretty good. I have baked a lot of things with this pan/rack, and everything has turned out great. I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! I am very pleased with this rack and look forward to many more. When shopping, the empty bacon bag is included.

👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.

👤I used this to cook a turkey. The bird turned out well. I received this item and it appears to be bent/warped. The pan is in the middle. I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.

👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.

👤I work with 304 and 316 STAINLESS STEEL. If you do the magnet test, you should use a magnet that is strong and stick to it. I don't want my food to be plated and cooked into it. Product!

👤It is not true that it is true that it is starting to rust and some of the connecting welds cracked.

👤I received a set of two, but both had broken welds. These are not high quality. A replacement set was shipped in hopes the broken welds were a mistake. There were two broken welds on one rack in the new set. It doesn't seem like a fair deal to me for a flimsy rack with broken welds. These will be returned. You can find another brand.

When I received an email from the company thanking me for my purchase, I was excited to receive the product. They told me that if I had a problem with the product, they would be there to help. Wow! Customer service is live. I had a problem before. Unheard of this day and time. The racks are great. It fit perfectly in my pan and cookie sheet. It's perfect to have two racks. I can cook with one and use the other to cool things. Very strong. They had a bath in the dishwasher and did well. Highly recommend this product.

👤I don't like using metal rack for a recipe because they are hard to clean. I bought these racks because they are made up of tiny squares and are easier to get between. I tested them when I made bacon. All of the ingredients are cooked to a crisp. You couldn't find anything more sticky. The first rack and pan should be washed with soap. Everything had come off and the only thing required was a light. I let the pan and rack soak for a few minutes. The baked on crud came off with one or two small marks on the rougher side of the sponge. I was amazed. The baking sheet took a lot of grease to get clean. These rack fit my quarter size baking pans perfectly, are heavy enough for most foods, and were nicely priced. I am impressed with the durability so far.

👤How would I describe them? Cheap stuff. The product would be said by Charles Barkley. They were all terrible first use. Positive reviews probably don't put the product to use. I would rather it look like junk. This product is completely different. It looks pretty and jazzed up. I noticed the panned had sprung up and warped when I used it. It was only 15 minutes into the oven. The large one was used a few days later. You just got 12 tons of manure and this product is more disappointing.

They warp even at low-medium oven temps, but wouldn't recommend for inattentive bakers or children, as the rim on the side of the sheet became jagged after single use and gentle hand wash and dry.

👤They were used to bake different types of bacon. It is easy to clean after lining them with paper. The real test was when the brown sugar and Sriracha sauce hardened on the paper. The paper stuck to the tray. The baking liners arrived.
