👤I ordered different sizes of pans. A full sheet pan, a 1/3 sheet pan, 3 half sheet pans, a 1/2 sheet pan, and a Jelly roll pan are included. Some of the pans had rack that fit in them. They aren't worth the money. They are not safe to use in the dishwasher. The pans have never been put in the dishwasher, but one of them accidentally got washed in the dishwasher within a couple of weeks after I got it, and the coating came off, and has gotten worse since then. After a couple of months, the coating on all of the others started peeling off and they are starting to get stained as well. It's getting harder and harder to tell which one was the one that went through the dishwasher. The coating on the pans is flaky because of the racks that came with them. I can't recommend them to anyone. I wish I had kept my cheaper ones. The reviews warn you that the coating will fall off. All of the positive reviews have to be paid for.

After cooking bacon on the rack, I drain the grease and put the pan and rack in warm soapy water for 30 minutes. Then I use a plastic bristle brush to clean it. Voila! easypeezy. This will be an heirloom in the future if you put a little money up front. Thank you, USA!

👤The copper is pretty and it's sturdy. I use it to hold earrings both horizontally and vertically. This is probably not a typical use, but I recommend it. I have a lot of French hooks and kidney wires in my earrings. I think I will be able to fit 80 or so before it gets too crowded. There was no comment on its use as a cooling rack. Perfect for French hooks. It looks very nice. Doesn't come with mounting hardware. If you have an earring problem, this is the use you should use.

The cooking rack is not straight. They fit their big sheet pan perfectly and being convex is not a good thing. I thought I would keep it, but how big a deal could it be? A lot. The cooling rack is the same height as the lip. I was trying to cook the chicken strips in the pan and a few fell off. I will return this one and order another one, hoping that it was a mistake. The new one arrived with a slight curve to it that made it easier to eat. It's much happier with this one.

I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

My friends 3 young people were treated to a delicious traditional Marranitos cookie from these gems. The quarter sheet size is more versatile than my sheet pans. I didn't bake them in the Breville Smart Oven Pro, but one of them fits perfectly. I might get a few more of this pan.

The concept is good, a 3-tier expanding cooling rack that collapses to make it compact for storage while providing 3 distinct surface areas for cooling cookies and the like. The item seems to be loved by others here. I'm not enthusiastic about it. It can be difficult to make the locking tabs under the top and bottom rack line up with the bars, but maybe I didn't spend enough time using it to get used to it. It's a little tedious to clean but I could probably get used to it and just deal with it. I had to return the item for a more serious reason. I'm returning it because I want the thing to last and it's already not looking like a promising expectation. This one is not different from the crowd in that regard. If these companies are going to charge fifteen dollars for a metal rack, they need to step up their game in making durable products.

All food items are removed from the rest of the rack parts when the brush gets into the small areas where the folding rack legs are attached. No rust or any other discoloration should be noted. Highly recommend.
