Customer service is live. I had a problem before. Unheard of this day and time. The racks are great. It fit perfectly in my pan and cookie sheet. It's perfect to have two racks. I can cook with one and use the other to cool things. Very strong. They had a bath in the dishwasher and did well. Highly recommend this product.

👤I don't like using metal rack for a recipe because they are hard to clean. I bought these racks because they are made up of tiny squares and are easier to get between. I tested them when I made bacon. All of the ingredients are cooked to a crisp. You couldn't find anything more sticky. The first rack and pan should be washed with soap. Everything had come off and the only thing required was a light. I let the pan and rack soak for a few minutes. The baked on crud came off with one or two small marks on the rougher side of the sponge. I was amazed. The baking sheet took a lot of grease to get clean. These rack fit my quarter size baking pans perfectly, are heavy enough for most foods, and were nicely priced. I am impressed with the durability so far.

The racks are heavy metal and very easy to clean, they work well in the oven, and they cool my breads, cookies and candies beautifully. I have never had a rack that I can actually clean without having to use soap and scrub. The cooling rack that I have that goes from the oven to the freezer is the first of its kind. I sprayed the chops with oil over the sink before air frying them. I've read that the pork chops should rest on a rack before being air fryerd, and it was perfect for this. 👤I use these in my air fryer and they fit inside the 8 inch foil trays that I use, my chicken drumsticks were a little soggy on the underside, now with these, I can elevate my drumsticks off the bottom and are crisp all the way around. I will find many other uses for these. I may even order more after this purchase.

👤The set is the perfect size for their intended use. The problem is that the two feet on the same rack are different lengths. When something is placed on the rack, it causes the racks to wobble. They are not sitting down. One of the rod's for the foot was lost from the perimeter ring. These are not the best of the best. Since they fit for what I need, I will keep them, but I wanted to make others aware of the problem I had with the set I purchased.

👤I ordered these small racks to bake tofu bite-size pieces in my roasting pie pans. I don't like squeezing tofu. The boxes were sturdy. The racks were enclosed in bubble wrap inside the box. The racks were in perfect condition. Tofu came off the rack without sticking. To clean the tofu juice rack, I soaked it in soapy water and put it in a baking pan. I rubbed my brush on the other side of the pan after I used one of my kitchen brushes lightly over the rack. The rack came out clean. I finally got around to getting the tofu rack. I will use them to cool my pan baked/broiled food in the future.

My only objection is that I would prefer a 9" rack. If not careful, the meat will slide about and tip to one side. I made sure to slow down and pay attention the second time.

It's hard to wash because of the rough coating on the wire mesh. I used the rack today and it works well, the baked goods seem to get stuck to the wire mesh.

👤It seems like a sturdy rack. It is warped in the center. I put a bottle of soap on the rack. Imagine my shock when the bottle fell onto the floor. It is the strangest thing I have ever seen. It took me a while to understand the problem. The center of the rack is higher than the edges. It is almost like it has been warped. A metal rack warped? Is it possible that Amazon shipping caused this? The rack was thrown in the Amazon box so who really knows, but there are no obvious signs of damage. It doesn't seem like a shipping problem. Storage problem? Maybe. I am leery now. I am not worried that a heavy cast iron skillet will fall off, but what if the dish soap was a bowl of soup? It might be light enough to be a problem. I only bought one rack as a trial. I am unlikely to buy more of these so my research is incomplete. It's the same thing. The owner of the Ultra Cuisine brand sent me a nice note apologizing for the problem along with a replacement rack. Thank you much! The replacement rack is very nice. I would buy another one like this. Rosemary took the time to make this right and my review was bumped to four stars. Excellent customer service is still a thing.

👤We've tried a lot of different racks in the past, even after seeing reviews that suggested they might not be good for baking, only cooling. I was very happy to find this one that can do both. It was suggested by a youtuber that focuses on Sous Vide. He uses it to hold vacuum sealed bags with food in the water bath. This has held up well under water and has been used for baking. This rack is for the price. When you bake something on it, spray some cooking spray on it and it will clean up.

👤I don't know why I didn't do it earlier. The lid organizers are very good. If you stack the lids sideways and the drawer is long enough, you can use two in a drawer. The base is solid and has rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide, and the wires are plastic coated so they don't scratch glass lids. The wire holders can be put in different spots on the base to make the lid gap different. I can put my oven mitt in the drawer, but I need the exact lid. I am very happy with this product.

👤I have a collection of Nordic Ware novelty baking pans that I use to make small cakes in the form of cars, bugs, cottages, maple leaves and so on. These pans can't be nested inside each other because they're all different shapes, they can't be stacked because they aren't flat, and they can't be stored in their original boxes because they come without a box. Their weight distribution is so skewed that standing them on edge and supporting them against each other is a precarious solution. I had to get all of them out of the open cardboard box in order to reach those at the back. It was not great. I realized I needed a rack, but not just any rack, because of the weird shapes of these pans. I needed something to adjust. I needed a bakeware rack for my pans and this is what I found. It was easy to set up. I took it out of the box and put a pan after each one so I could figure out where the next one would go. I can make the space fit the dimensions of the pan very closely because the holes for the spacers are close together. The wire and base are strong. The little non-skid feet on the bottom help keep the rack in place as I pull heavy pans out. My pans are neatly organized side by side. They are easy to remove. My pans are held up by the wire spacers and stand straight up against each other. This rack is great for novelty bakeware. I ordered another one for my more conventional bakeware because I liked this storage rack so much. I put the pans together and put them in a slot on the rack to make use of the space. I am happy to report that this rack works well for conventional bakeware as well.

👤I need a pan with a rack for my oven. The pan with rack is 15x10.5. It is not. The pan is large. The rack is small. I can't use it because of the 2 inch difference. Other pans give you a diagram showing the actual sizes. This did not happen. I have to return it because it is too large.

👤The half sheet pan is perfect for the rack. The rack's dimensions are 16 9/16" x 11 9/16" on one end and 11 5/8" on the other. The rack is thinner and lighter than my other one, and can definitely be bent if you press on both ends, because the feet are not on the ends. It is made from 18/0 steel. It can go as hot as any home oven can get, and is safe under the scurvy. It can hold a Dutch oven and a skillet without bending. The rack would hold up under the weight. I made sweet potato fries and the clean up was good, although I sprayed it with Pam and baked fries don't make a lot of mess. I broiled bacon and chicken wings without spraying them. It was easy to clean after a short soak. I haven't tested it for cooling as I bought it for cooking, and I already have cooling racks that are further from the counter than 1/2 inch. I've seen no rust so far. I think the rack will hold up well for baking. I'll update the review if that changes.

I had to remove the metal object from one of the racks after it poked me a few times. It is much better and less expensive than the one I bought previously. They have always cleaned up quickly for me with a soapy brush at the sink, and I have never experienced rust issues. They have done a great job for my needs. The one I received had some messed up welds. I expected it to be straight. I tried to bend the wires back, but they are welded solid.

One of the best things about the product is the small grid, so I don't know how that could be fixed. It's worth the extra time to make sure you've gotten everything off.
