👤The baking set is the worst I have ever purchased. The bakery goods are ruined because they tear in chunks, with much or most of the products still stuck to the pan. You can't serve rotten pans or give ruined bakery goods as gifts if you consider the purchase price and the loss of expensive ingredients. I used the bread loaf pan for the first time. I had to soak it for several hours and then change out the fresh soaking water because of the layers of gunk that had stuck and torn when I tried to get it out of the pan. The color of the pans looked stained when baking product had touched them. The pans were ruined the first time they were used, but I did not leave them damp or to air out.

I think this is a pretty descent kit, considering how much it comes with. I received all of my items and they were packaged well. This set is recommended by me.

The cute little dusting wand provides a shower of flour or powdered sugar that is more uniformly distributed than I would have thought possible. I like to make my own bread and this device makes it very easy to make a mess of the dough or counter top. It's fun to use fool proof. Just buy it. You will not be sorry.

👤Good quality. The price was raised from $9.99 to $15.99. I don't think it's worth much. The good news is that you can close the ball with a twist of the arm. This is a two handed operation. For the price, you could get several small hand held bowl style sifters at $5 a piece and leave each one in your different dry goods containers. The Vollrath brand cookie sheets were highly rated by ATK and the price probably got jacked up after it was mentioned on the kitchen show.

👤I felt silly buying a dusting wand, but I love it. It has many uses in my baking. I use it to dust confectioner's sugar on some baked goods for their finish and it doesn't waste a lot. There is very little waste because I dust with confectioner's to prevent sticking. I used it to dust with cocoa powder. I have a container with a pour spout and holes in it that I can use to sprinkle corn starch or sugar on fondant. I used it to dust Swerve on a stencil over a chocolate cake. It's small enough that you don't have to put too much in a sieve or strainer, having it go all over the place, and then wasting materials. When you empty it out, it washes up nicely.

👤I use this item to make brownies. I wanted to finish them off with some powdered sugar. Dry powdered sugar can change shape. This item fixes something. To fill it, you have to turn the ball at the bottom of the handle. When you dump in some powdered sugar, you have a metal ball full of powered sugar. If you shake it over brownies, you'll get the effect you were looking for. It's nice to be able to do a stencil over a cake that is not going to ice. In this case, you would cut out a heart, place it on your cake, and then shake the powdered sugar over it. You can remove the template and have a heart in the middle of your cake. Cool! Some people call powdered sugar "icing sugar" or "confectioners sugar". Same thing.

👤It's small and cute. The end of the white handle is easy to twist. I opened the ball, took some powdered sugar, and twisted it shut to make french toast. I was able to dust about 12 pieces of french toast with only one ball full of sugar. I dumped the leftover sugar into its container after twisting it open. I didn't wash it right away because it's only ever going to have powdered sugar. It's easy to use. It doesn't take up more space in a drawer than a fork.

👤I was an avid baker and loved my old Wilton stacking racks, but they had rusted and I replaced them with something else. I don't know why they did it, but the slats are too far apart. Smaller food items fall through as soft cookies weep. The quality is not as good because the metal is a smaller gauge. I'm looking for something else. This hurts.

👤I wanted the perfect cookie rack. They are dishwasher proof and easy to put together. What is wrong with them? They were not designed by a cookie baker. cookies fall through the gaps in the Racks. A real ache! Carefully place one cookie at a time. I make a lot of cookies. I'll keep looking!

👤We opened the package after we received it. This well known brand has decided to make this item cheaply. When opening the package, the rust was visible immediately. It was very let down. I will not purchase items from Wilton.

👤They seem to be making them differently. There are no double wires that run through it. It's now very hot! These are very bad with them. Place a loaf of banana bread on top of a pumpkin roll and they bow in the middle, the legs spread out and the rack collapses. All 3 are the same. It's horrible for wilton. Don't waste your money if you don't use them. It's great for baking. They're so handy that I have 4 sets left.

After using paper towels on the table to cool cookies and turning bread out onto the electric elements on the stove top, I decided to stop being cheap and get some cooling racks. I did a bit of research before buying these racks. I was happy to say that I was pleased with my purchase after trying them for the first time. The racks are easy to clean. I washed them before using and they dried quickly. It is ready to use in a few minutes. I decided to try the stacking feature because I have a large working surface. They stack easily and securely so you can be confident that your baked goods won't fall. I was able to store the cookies in a freezer bag after a few minutes of cooling. I was able to refill the rack several times, leaving enough time between trays for the cookies to cool and be bags. Every time, the cookies were released. I put the racks in the sink for a quick clean up after baking. It is very easy to clean and dry. I'll be making a few loaves of bread tomorrow. I am confident that the racks will be useful again. I bought the mixer and it's been the best investment I've made. If you are looking for a good quality cooling rack, you will be happy with this purchase.

👤I like to make birthday cakes. The cake stand was very nice, rotating and fitting a large cake on it. The offset spatula and icing smoothers are great. I did not like some things about this purchase. The cake leveler does not work. The strings are so loose that you won't be able to level the cake. I was told by customer service to move the sides back and forth until the strings were tight to adjust the cake leveler. This made the issue worse and now it is garbage. 2. The circle frosting tip is very small and not for things like eclairs, cream puffs, etc. It is only for writing names and letters. 3. Silicone pastry bags are not as long- lasting as described on Amazon, so they would have at least one spare. This is a good set to purchase, but not great. When you consider the price of the product, you should buy it on Amazon, where there are better frosting sets.
