👤It works like a charm, but no instructions! Pour the batter into the rod. That is not how to do it. You grease the pan and the rod, place the rod nail head down in the center of the pan and pour the batter. As long as you grease it well, it is easy to remove and it makes a big difference in baking your cake.

👤I didn't know I needed the heating rod when I bought the 10” hemisphere pan. I had to bake a cake without it for nearly two hours. I am aware that this will solve the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.

👤First time using cake strips, they are amazing! I made my cake batter and soaked them in it. It worked perfectly. There are only two cons to these. I had to bake my cakes for a long time. The edges were taking longer for some reason. Weird. The moister might be from the wet strips. They were dry even with a longer bake time. 2. They are difficult to get around the cake pans. I was able to get them tight enough that they worked, but I wish they were more secure. I am very impressed. I didn't burn in the oven. They kept their bright purple pattern.

👤The baking set is the worst I have ever purchased. The bakery goods are ruined because they tear in chunks, with much or most of the products still stuck to the pan. You can't serve rotten pans or give ruined bakery goods as gifts if you consider the purchase price and the loss of expensive ingredients. I used the bread loaf pan for the first time. I had to soak it for several hours and then change out the fresh soaking water because of the layers of gunk that had stuck and torn when I tried to get it out of the pan. The color of the pans looked stained when baking product had touched them. The pans were ruined the first time they were used, but I did not leave them damp or to air out.

👤The pan was used a second time. I washed the pan before using it, and it came out great. After washing the pan, and using it a couple weeks later, the pan formed RUST because water got stuck in the bottom fold. The Rust leaked into the crust. The second use of this pan is in photos. I don't know how to remove the water from the bottom fold so it won't rust. The non-stick layer came off my cheesecake. I used a plastic utensil to remove the cake from the pan and the film came off and ruined it. I was very disappointed and returned the pan.

👤My mother is a baker par excellence and had been using an aluminum springform for 40 years. After being knocked around for so long, it finally began to leak. It was necessary to replace it and it needed to be good. After reading the reviews, I tried this one but held off on my own review until Mom made a dessert. She said the pan was perfect. 👤The pan's bottom design is not right. The lip on the bottom section almost forces you to install it in the ring, rather than down. This will make you destroy your cheese cake to get it out of the pan. I have been making 9" cheesecakes for a long time. I give them as gifts. My daughter's wedding was the one where I baked them. I decided to go with 10 cakes because my 9 pans were worn out and the USPS frozen them for 10 cakes. You should keep looking.

👤I wanted a way to make fresh pizzas at home that I could control the calories in, but I couldn't find a way to do that until I found these pans. I buy the freshly made pizza dough in the bakery section at the grocery store, divide it into 6 equal parts, let it warm up to room temperature, then I spread it with my fingers into one of the pans which I lightly oiled, and then roll out each piece on a board and The last step is your choice, and you can pile it on without worry of a mess since the springboard pans keep everything nicely contained and easy to remove after baking. Then eat 18 minutes later in the 400 degree oven or wrap in foil and place in a freezer storage bag. The calories are not very high if you shop at the grocery store. I use multigrain. I can make and bake pizzas at the same time with the 6 pans I have. These pans are easy to use and it's great to have fresh pizzas made at home.

👤Good pan. Excellent quality. There were never any problems with leaking. I was not happy with how shallow it is. I can only fit a pound of meat in the pan for some recipes. Many of the 7inch pans are 3” deep. This one has a huge difference in volume and cook times. I prefer the spring form over trying to push a bottom out. It's something to consider for your personal purchase needs.

Chefasts' customer service is excellent. They sent me emails at every step of the way. After I received my order, they sent me a link for an e-book that explained the decorating tips and hints and tips for using them, as well as an email asking if I received my order. I am very impressed with this company. As the need arises, I will order again from this company.

If you don't want your cake to be colored, you should use a towel or plastic drop cloth behind it, which is a recommendation I saw when researching airbrushes and is certainly required with this sort of tool. I am very happy with this set. It was a bit more expensive than a few others I saw. I would recommend people who are just starting out.

👤I have used this airbrush twice and I am a home baker. It is very easy to use. I was about to use the spray nozzle on the cake when I noticed it was loose. Some reviews say the nozzle broke after a couple uses. It is not broken. I found an exact copy of this one on the internet after watching videos about the nozzles. I had no idea how to reassemble it. I didn't have to do that. The screw inside the pink end piece needs to be tightened. The spring gives zero kickback when it loosens. If this has happened, don't give up on it. I almost felt like I had to have this cake done today.

👤The machine is small. I decorate sugar cookies with it. The colors are vibrant and true, and a little goes a long way. It is a perfect size for home use. The mist does a decent job, but it's easy to over do it. I run a small cookie business and it has helped me a lot. I wish it had a case for the pen and white paint. There is a Talking about the pen... I had to open it a few times to loosen it because the lever wouldn't work. It kept working great once we got it right. We made it work and I feel like it should not arrive like this. If your pen doesn't work, just play with it. You have to figure out what to loosen and tighten.

The set comes with 2 standard-sized couplers, but they do not fit the large tips that are included in the kit, which is why I knocked off a star. I don't know why the set doesn't include a standard and large one since both size tips are included. Everything you need should be included in this amount of money. If you buy this kit, you need to order a large coupler at the same time so that you can use everything in the box.

You can achieve all those classic swirls of buttercream with this set. All of the piping tips have the same brand name and number, and none seem to have any problems. It can be difficult to thoroughly clean the inside of the tips, especially the more narrow ones. If you have a very thin bottle cleaning brush, it may be easier to clean it. This isn't an issue with this particular set, rather something you should consider regardless of what brand piping tips you get. - If you're purchasing this for the first time, you should also purchase a Wilton 1M piping tip. It's a little bigger but my daughter was able to keep it in the box that comes with the set.

👤The only reason I am giving this set 4 stars instead of 5 is because the set includes 8 jumbo tips, yet they could not fit a jumbo tip in a coupler. The standard size tips come with 2 couplers. I can only give you one star because you get a lot of different tips with different designs, but in different sizes, so you have what you need to do some gorgeous decorating. Adding 2 flower nails is a bonus. I'm not sure if this set is always a good value. I think it was a great value. If I didn't have a carry case like the one I got, I would have to use a different method of decorating supplies, but it would be very easy to do. If I want to grab the tip I want, I might keep it, transfer it to that tray and use it on my work surface. I was very happy but I was disappointed that I had to purchase the large couplers to complete the set.
