👤I bought one rack from another source for more than the entire set. I sent it back because it was bad. I got more than one large one that I needed for my water bath canner from this set of 3 racks, it was perfect, no product issues, great price, and I got more than I needed. The 7.5" and 9" are compatible with my stockpot. I haven't had a chance to speak to their longevity yet, but they seem to be as good a quality as my intellectual property, and I feel like they will last a long time if maintained as they should be. Don't leave them sitting in water for a long time, don't bake food on them to eat away at the finish, and don't let them drink water for a long time.
👤I bought these for canning. I boil the jars in my large soup pot. The racks held up well. There isn't any rust on them so far. I only use them once in a large pot of water and once in a large Skillet of water to cook the lids. There is no rust on the surface of the wrecks and they fit well inside of a variety of Skillet and pot sizes. They work well and are lightweight, and of course Amazon ships fast. I have everything I need for the weekend.
👤I use the racks in my cast iron pots or crock pots to raise my chickens and roast them above the grease that comes from cooking. It keeps the meat from getting wet. They do their job. I'm sure you could use them in larger air fryers. I purchased them for the job and they do a good job.
👤I was looking for a nice round rack that would allow me to use a pot of boiling water instead of using a big long cookie cooling rack in the cabinet. This set is the perfect size and gives you 3 different options to use on different pots, it is very easy to clean and store stacked up. The units are very sturdy.
👤I just received them. I haven't had the chance to use them yet. I hesitated to buy them because I read reviews first and a few people had said they were broken or bent when they arrived. I decided to purchase them because of the positive reviews. The metal is very heavy and well soldered. No breaks or bends. I think they will hold up. They came in different sizes to fit my pots and pans. I'm happy with the purchase.
👤My wife needed the rack to jar some fruit and she was very pleased with it. We have two smaller ones.
👤I keep pans from burning food by using the cooking rack in my outdoor ovens. Love them.
👤These fill the bill well. I use a round, covered pot for steaming or stove-top-smoking. They are well suited to the job. It could be a little stronger. They're priced fairly and will be fine for everything.
It is very suitable for use in the ovens or barbecue rack. It can be put on the baking tray to promote the removal of fat or water from meat and vegetables. It's the best choice for cooking, cooling, baking, drying and grilling. You can quickly make delicious recipes to share with your family and friends. A real space saver. The package has three cooling rack, two with legs and one with feet. You can cool dozens of cookies or 3 cakes at the same time. You can stack them to layers and bake dozens of cookies or meat at the same time with the oven safe and fit in half sheet pans. The feet can be used alone in half and can be folded to 1” height. Food-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL is dishwasher safe. The racks are made of high-quality steel. Even of the joints are resistant tocorrosion. The wires are clean and smooth. It's easy to clean up. Absolutely dishwasher safe. Prevention and small square shuffling are related. The rack has a square spacing that can hold the food well and keep the air contact uniform. It's a good thing forTILE USES. It's great for baking and cooling batches of cookies and muffins, cakes, pies, tarts, donuts, toasts, scones, waffles, making royal icing and casseroles, big chunks of beef brisket, pulled pork, roasted chicken, turkey ribs, jerky, bacon, vegetables and potato
👤These are very high quality and strong. They can be used individually or stacked, I have used them to freeze fresh ravioli and casseroles and as a cooling rack for pies. They were a good value and came in a nice box that could be used as a gift.
👤My cooling rack are awesome. I have used them for cookies, pies, and other baked goods, and they have worked well, giving me more surface area to use for cooling without taking up more surface on my countertop. These tools are very useful. I can't recommend them enough. I'm happy I bought them.
👤Just as advertised, this is what I wanted. It's easier to cool off cookies in a small space.
👤I bought them a few weeks ago. I should have opened them sooner. The box was torn apart when it was bent in several places. I bent them back into shape after deep cleaning them, but they were not new.
👤The cooling racks are sturdy and well made. Small or soft cookies won't fall through the smaller grid. The old set seemed like they were on the verge of collapsing, but these are much nicer. I am very happy with my purchase.
👤These seem to be excellent quality and are very sturdy. They can be used independently or stacked.
👤It was perfect to keep the baking and cooling going during the holidays.
👤These work well. It's easy to clean, fold and stack.
The perfect cooking combo is here. This quarter baking pan and wire rack can be used to cook healthier, drip-free meals or bake your favorite treat. This steel sheet rack is designed for every situation, and it's perfect for cooling cookies or putting it on the oven. Don't buy cookie sheet sets that scratch and warp with time. The baking sheet and rack are built to last a long time. You can use their baking tray set for everything from cookies to chicken wings. The ridges are large enough to keep the juices in. Less time over the sink and more time over the stove is needed for a dishwasher safe. Pop the sheet pan and rack in the dishwasher when you're done.
👤It was the first time it was used and it warped at 400.
👤This pan warped more than any I have had before. It is fine for roasting but not for delicate baking. It starts out flat, but once in the oven there is a loud pop. You can see the results in the photo that was communicated with the manufacturer. They responded very quickly. Sorry to hear the tray didn't work for you. We are finding in a few cases that it warps, but in the majority of cases it doesn't. It seems to be a problem in ovens that don't have an even heating, which makes one side of the pan heat quicker than the other. We are fighting against the natural properties of the steel. If the pan is evenly heated, it won't warp, but if one side is hotter than the other, it will warp. We used a thicker grade of steel to try and hold the pan rigid, which works well, and put the rod inside the rim. I am happy to arrange for a refund if you can provide me with your order id. If the pan is usable for you, then keep it, if not, then give it to a friend or relative, as chances are it won't warp in a different oven.
👤Despite what they say, my oven was less than 400 F and I felt heavy and sturdy. Will return it.
👤It is easy to clean but bent in the oven at 450 degrees. When heated, it will pop back into place. It has been staining very easily. I changed to 3 starts because it pops back to place and still heats evenly when popped in the oven.
👤The description says they designed and made a non warping baking sheet, but it does warp a lot. We use these for things like baking french fries, tator tots, chicken thighs, and when they get hot, they warp badly. One corner will be close to an inch higher than the others. It's not acceptable in a baking sheet. I have some old aluminum and steel sheets that don't warp, and I also have some plain steel sheets that don't warp. I wanted to use the dishwasher. I've used them about a dozen times with the same results. They warp when I use them. The temp I use for fries and tots is 450, but they warp at 375 for chicken. They need to be flat at the temperature they are used to, but that's useless when the temperature cools. The design was bad. Don't buy these if you want sheets that stay flat. They may work fine as a cookie baking sheet at 350 or lower, but I have not tested to see if they start warping. They are useless as a baking sheet at higher temperatures. I'll add more pics later. The pictures of the warping have been added. I don't recommend them because they are not warp resistant. Try another brand and save your money.

👤I have two aluminum half-sheet pans that are 25 years old and still in excellent shape, I was happy to find these 1/4 sheet pans. I had cheap grocery store pans. I was impressed when I took the pans out of the package. They were heavy for their size. The sides are slightly taller than my other favorite sheet pans. I liked the explanation of the rolled edges and thick metal. The 9x13 grocery store pans have done that many times. I bought the pans because they were heavy duty. I've baked with these pans once. When I cleaned them, I noticed that there was a lot of stuff in the rolled-edge seam area. This is happening because the seam is open close to the side. My other sheet pans have a hair's width space between the rolled metal and the side, which is too small to collect anything. I think the manufacturing process needs to be improved in order to reduce the space between the sides and rolled edge in order to avoid collecting grunge.
👤I needed to replace my old and used ones. I bought the last two from the restaurant supply company. I was hesitant to go that route because of the Pandemic. I found this on Amazon and it is a commerical quality item. The price was the same, but the quality was different. The first one was used while making a pie. After the pan heated for a couple of mintues, it spranp up on the corner and stayed warped until the baking was over. The sheet pan was covered with foil and there were pools of burned custard filling. Not happy with the purchase.
👤Photos of pans received. I didn't think it was safe to cook in this. I decided to keep it because I needed it. I used it once, but it was already starting to rust. Disappointing and a waste of money.
👤I can't review that aspect because we haven't used the sheet pans yet. I can tell you that the sheet pans are not the size advertised. The baking surface is considerably smaller than expected due to the deeply sloped sides of the pans. You lose 2 inches in length and width. I am not sure if I should keep the pans because they are too small for the baking sheets I bought to use with them.
👤Is aluminum supposed to rust? The rolled edge of the baking pan makes it impossible to dry well, like many other baking pans. These are not aluminum because they rust. The only way to dry the ruined dish mat is in the oven.
👤These pans do not warp in the oven and are nice. The only issue we have is that they don't fit on the top rack of the Breville BOV900BSS Smart Oven Air Convection and Air Fry Countertop Oven as they are a bit too wide. The middle and bottom rack are where they fit best.
👤These pans were completely ruined. We went to the hospital to have a baby and left them on a drying towell. After a few days, they turned brown and had rust all over them. I'm not sure what happened, but these are no longer usable.
The dimensions of the cake pan are 11 x 15 in. There are 28 x 38 cm. Nordic Ware is made in the USA. The bakers quarter sheet natural aluminum commercial bakeware is made of pure aluminum and will never rust. The baked goods rise and bake evenly because of the superior heat conductivity of aluminum. The dimensions of the pan are 12.875 x 9.5 x 1 inches. It is easy to clean up. Hand wash with warm soapy water after use.
👤The large surface area of the pans made it possible to fit a lot of potatoes at one time. I am having health issues that lead me to look at things I have overlooked. This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.
👤I ordered Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there's no difference in age. I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. I can't speak to the wear of either or anything other than these cookies, so take this review as you will.
👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.
Their aim is to make every customer have a surprise with their after-sales service. If your product has quality problems within 90 days, they can replace it for you. 100% Solid 304 (18/8) STAINLESS STEEL Construction - No metal platings or coating that can chip or scratch and transfer toxins/chemicals to your food the way non-stick racks can. They won't bend or rust. The small quarter sheet pans that the rack fits in are not included. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe because the grid size is tight enough that it won't let food fall through. The raised feet were designed to allow proper air flow to maximize results. It's easier to make fried chicken in the oven, make baked potatoes, cook bread, roast vegetables, and decorate home made treats. This set of 2 8.5” x 12” racks is so versatile you'll wish you'd discovered them sooner. Heavy gauge steel is used for theirDurability and Rust/warp-resistance. They have a Lifetime Warranty.
👤My magnet is everywhere. It is plated. I will be sending it back.
👤I can only imagine that this item has gotten dumbed down because it was not very good quality. I had to remove a lot of metal burrs outside of the rack. The rack is not 12” as stated on the label, it is shorter and rattles back and forth, no big deal. I bought a larger rack from another brand that fits perfectly into my baking pan and does not budge, but can a basic 5 dollar one do the same job?
👤My search for a good rack has been very frustrating, too many of them are not solid or flimsy. This one is very sturdy. All of the wire is good heavy gauge. I had to file off a few edges on wire because of slight warpage. It's better than most. I would buy it again. I didn't receive this product in exchange for my review. I feel free to speak my mind after paying full price.
👤I received my 2 racks yesterday and they are great! Love that they are high quality. I will use mine for cooking bacon in the oven and other uses. The pans fit perfectly on the racks. After reading the reviews and getting different answers, I still don't know if the rack is above or below my pan. The top of my pan is about a quarter of an inch below the rack. This is where I wanted it to be. The rack is strong. Thank you for the great product.
👤I have only used this once and I am very happy with the results. I have made bacon poppers before, but they never got the bacon crisp. This rack made it look beautiful. I can't wait to cook fried chicken and other items.
👤I am very happy with the performance of this rack. I use this rack to bake chicken pieces. The wire diameter is a little smaller than other racks, but it is still sturdy for baking/roasting. It was clean after a run through the dishwasher. I have had rack that have been plated steel or coated steel and eventually they break down. The cheaper versions will last less than this one. The only thing I have a problem with is that some of the cut ends of the wires were a little dull. I have a question about whether this rack will survive an oven cleaning cycle.
👤I received a request from Spring Hill to give a review. I used mine to bake chicken wings. I put mine in Franks hot sauce for about 6 hours, then sprinkle with a little black pepper and smoked paprika. The rack made them come out better than ever. Next time, I might lightly broil them for that extra crispness. The rack is well made. The meat wouldn't stick if I sprayed it with Pam. It fit perfectly in my pan and held about 18 wings. It was easy to clean up with a plastic scrubber. The instructions said to dry it immediately. Even though it says for baking and broiling, they don't list a temp. The wrapper has a max on it. I couldn't find one.
It's easy to clean a dishwasher. Place the dishwasher for easy, hassle-free cleaning spills. 304 is a STAINLESS STEEL COOLING RACK. No need to worry about toxins, chemicals, or debris going into the food because there is no coating. The whole rack is made of food grade 18/8 steel and is very healthy as a baking partner for daily use. All-stainless steel has the most obvious advantage, it provides perfect rust resistance with a stronger structure. It does not give rust spots or water stains like the other materials do and still maintains its smooth and shiny appearance after long term use. The cooling rack is perfect for all types of use because it is ENDURABLE in high temperature and high humidity. It's dishwasher safe, and it can handle damp environments like rinsing under tap. PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY DETAIL: Even with a whole chicken on it, their cooling rack is very stable and flat. The air circulation around the food is better with 6 feet raising the rack by 0.8 inches. Grease drips through the 1/2”x 1/2” grid spacing to avoid food falling off. The cooling rack gets to all the requirements that you are looking forward to, whether for home or restaurant, as the most commonly used tool with baking. You can use the rack on the grill and stove if you have a lifting handle.
👤My other cooling rack has gone into the trash since I purchased two of these. The racks are heavy metal and very easy to clean, they work well in the oven, and they cool my breads, cookies and candies beautifully. I have never had a rack that I can actually clean without having to use soap and scrub. The cooling rack that I have that goes from the oven to the freezer is the first of its kind. I am very happy with the cooling rack.
👤I ordered 2 of them. One is made of sturdy material and fits on a sheet pan. The second parallelogram isn't compatible with a sheet pan. I think you have a good chance of getting a rectangle.
👤Where is the handle? It was advertised and did not show up. I gave it three stars because I saw another person who did not get a handle.
👤I needed a rack like this to bake my bread. I can see that it works well and I will be using it for many other things as well. I used it to cook pork chops. I sprayed the chops with oil over the sink before air frying them. I've read that the pork chops should rest on a rack before being air fryerd, and it was perfect for this. I'll get a lot of use out of this rack and it goes into the dishwasher.
👤The rack is great for cooling cookies and baking vegetables. It is easy to clean up if you use cooking spray. I bought another one after having one. I would not want to be without it. The oven is used when using it.
👤I ordered this to be used for cooking bacon in the oven or cooling cookies. I used it for the first time to keep it out of the grease in my loaf of bread. It worked well. The ease of cleaning was my favorite part. I used my dish cloth in some soapy water and it was like new again. It's exactly as advertised, no worries of chipping, no worries of chromium in our food. I love it! Would definitely recommend.
👤The rack is strong. I replaced the rack that came with my roaster because it was starting to rust. This one will last a long time. It's a nice feature that the handle can be removed from the pan.
👤The steel isstainless steel. I thought I was getting two racks for this price. Most of them came in pairs. If you want to roast something in the oven, this is the one for you. If you want to cooling cookies and cakes, you could probably get by with something less expensive.
Less time over the sink and more time over the stove is needed for a dishwasher safe. Pop the sheet pan and rack in the dishwasher when you're done. The bakeable cooling rack is oven safe. The cooling rack has a tight crosswire design and six raised feet. Nonstick Americoat coating is a patented Silicone coating which is Teflon, PFOA andBPA free and provides easy release of baked-goods and easy clean up. The bakeable cooling rack is imported and made from a heavy gauge steel wire with a Silicone non stick that is free of PFOA and PTFE. 25 x 0. USA Pan has provided jobs in the USA for over 60 years and has manufactured high quality bakeware.
👤I thought it was made in the US. I should have read the fine print on the description because it doesn't mean Americoat was applied in America. It's not a suggestion for baked-on food to wash with hot water, mild soap and gentle sponge. The small print on the package says "not dishwasher safe." "Made from globallysourced commercial grade and heavy gauge aluminized steel" is a small print on the package. The family may reside and do business in the USA, but they get these baking racks from China, because USA Pan is a Bundy family company which has manufactured high quality bakeware and provided jobs in the USA for over 50 years. The baking rack is made in the USA. It's not okay for a baking rack to be sold in the USA as a USA family product. It was very misleading.
👤The product description is misleading. The description should not say that the item is made in the USA if it is made in China. I don't know if it's quality or durability yet. I haven't used it. I think the small grids will be a chore to clean after use. It's not steel, it's aluminum, and it has a grey tint from the beginning. It's better to use aluminum in the oven as it conducts heat more evenly than steel. I'm keeping it because of that. I was disappointed when it arrived, but I think it will serve its purpose.
👤The original pan weighed half the weight of this rack. The wiring is about half the diameter. Cheap, cheap, cheap!
👤I received an imported Chinese made product despite the fact that the rack was not clearly stated online to be Made in China. The product seems ok so far, but I am not happy with the messaging and feel of "bait and switch".
👤Before buying this product, read the description carefully. The product title is not "stainless steel." Even though USA is included in the product title, it is also not made in USA. It seems like it was misleading. Amazon should not be a "buyer-beware" platform. The dimensions are correct at 16.75 by 11.50 inches, which makes it fit in a half-sheet pan. I can't imagine it holding up to heavy usage. It is a lot lighter than other racks I have purchased.
👤The older sheet pan we bought in 2012 is better than the new one we had to replace. We need to bring manufacturing back to the US. The new generations will not understand that they have never seen the difference. A vintage rack would be a better buy. Just saying!
👤This rack is made in China.
👤The reason I bought them was because they were made in the USA. They are dishwasher safe. When I saw they were made in China, I was surprised and disappointed. The company name on the package is USAPans, which is a misconception since they aren't made here. Also, accuracy is important. I will keep them since I couldn't find this particular size. I will write another review.
Less time over the sink and more time over the stove is needed for a dishwasher safe. Pop the baking sheets in the dishwasher when you're done using them. Commercial grade and heavy gauge aluminized steel are used for the cooling rack and quarter sheet pan. Baking pans feature corrugated surface, facilitates air flow for quick release and evenly baked goods, cooling rack has crosswire design, and six raised feet for stability and uniform cooling. Silicone baking mat is used to maintain the pan's appearance over time. Nonstick Americoat coating is a patented Silicone coating which is Teflon, PFOA andBPA free and provides easy release of baked-goods and easy clean up. The rack is made with globallysourced materials. The baking area is 12. The outer pan is 13 x 9. USA Pan has provided jobs in the USA for over 50 years and has manufactured high quality bakeware.
👤The pan are not suppose to warp. I bought them because of that. I want a full refund now that my arm is burned. A replacement with good pans would be helpful. The sheet pans caused pain to my right arm and I am from the USA.
👤There is nothing you can do about it when you appreciate the quality of a god damn pan. You look forward to using it. When you say to yourself, "what the hell was I cooking with a giant pan this whole time when I could've been using several smaller ones to do the same Job?", life has peaked. Being able to cook multiple dishes on multiple pans is appreciated. I can cook potatoes in a pan. Chicken is in another garden. These pans are so thick they are not going to bend. Score!
👤I ordered different sizes of pans. A full sheet pan, a 1/3 sheet pan, 3 half sheet pans, a 1/2 sheet pan, and a Jelly roll pan are included. Some of the pans had rack that fit in them. They aren't worth the money. They are not safe to use in the dishwasher. The pans have never been put in the dishwasher, but one of them accidentally got washed in the dishwasher within a couple of weeks after I got it, and the coating came off, and has gotten worse since then. After a couple of months, the coating on all of the others started peeling off and they are starting to get stained as well. It's getting harder and harder to tell which one was the one that went through the dishwasher. The coating on the pans is flaky because of the racks that came with them. I can't recommend them to anyone. I wish I had kept my cheaper ones. The reviews warn you that the coating will fall off. All of the positive reviews have to be paid for.
👤I had a pan like this for a long time. I like to cook bacon on weekends for breakfast, but I don't like the mess of the cook top and not being able to get the right amount of crispness on the bacon. I used this pan to cook bacon in my oven at 300 degrees. The clean up was easy because the bacon was cooked perfectly. The cooking takes longer, but if you time the making of the coffee and the cooking of the pancakes you should be good. I am happy that I bought two of them.
👤The coating began to come off on the first use. The pan was not scratched or stirred. I had to throw the dish out because I couldn't see where the food was going. I didn't want anyone to eat the coating. What a waste of money.
👤The baking rack and pan are the easiest to use and clean brands I have ever used. Heavy gauge steel that won't warp is easy to clean up. I have cooked bacon on this rack, and it cleans up like new. The instructions warn against using cooking spray as it will bake on a gummy coating that can only be removed by damaging the non-stick coating. After cooking bacon on the rack, I drain the grease and put the pan and rack in warm soapy water for 30 minutes. Then I use a plastic bristle brush to clean it. Voila! easypeezy. This will be an heirloom in the future if you put a little money up front. Thank you, USA!
Actual color may be different from what appears online. The perfect cooking combo is here. The cookie sheet set comes with four 9 1/2 x 13 x 1 inch quarter sheet pans, so you always have the perfect size for the job. Say goodbye to burnt bottoms with a Sturdy Pan. Their cookie sheets have rolled edges that give them extra strength to prevent warping. Baking pans that scratch and rust with time are built to last. Baking sheets are built to let you bake for a long time. You can use their baking tray set for everything from cookies to chicken wings. The ridges are large enough to keep the juices in. Less time over the sink and more time over the stove is needed for a dishwasher safe. Pop the baking sheets in the dishwasher when you're done using them.
👤These are not dishwasher safe. I didn't notice until I got the product. I took them out of their packaging to wash before use. I noticed a blue underside of the rim as I was rinsing and I also saw 2 layers of metal. I initially thought it was part of my sponge that got caught, but I realized it was blue plastic. The blue plastic is wrapped around the fridge. All of the pans had blue plastic remnants on the rim and the edges were messy. There is a large gap between the base metal and the top aluminum layer. After hours on the counter, I could still shake the water out of the rim. I felt my towel getting caught on the rough edges of the aluminum. They are not sure if they were manufactured in a hurry or if they missed the mark. I was not impressed with the quality of the product. If life were normal, I would definitely return these. I cannot attach photos to this review.
👤I was surprised by the quality of the pans. These are commercial quality and I expected something like that in a box store. They are sturdy and heavy. I have used them to bake cookies and cakes, as well as to cook veggies and chicken, and the heat is transferred evenly through the whole pan. I washed them in the dishwasher and by hand, and there was no sign of it in the dishwasher. The only thing that was not favorable was the fact that the pan has a rolled lip that holds a small amount of water, so I have to stand and rotate them to make sure they are completely dry.
👤I read all the information when buying an item from Amazon. I would like someone to review the subject lines and sales description when posting an item. The item says "Checkered Chef Baking Sheet Set - Pack of 4 Large Stainless Steel Quarter Sheet Pans for Baking and Cooking" and what the pans are really made of is 100% aluminum. There is a difference between these two metals. I will keep the pans, but I think they are misleading shoppers. Someone needs to correct this mistake. Online shoppers who cannot touch, feel or examine items in a brick and mortar store should be told items more accurately.
👤I am sick of buying products that are highly reviewed and then being disappointed. I assumed that most of the positive reviews were fake since I am seeing more and more of that on Amazon but my expectations were low. I opened the heavy box that was delivered today and I found the pans were the same quality as my commercial grade pans. I am happy that they were packed in a box that was suitable for giving. Thank you so much!
👤I bought these because of the description that said "Dishwasher Safe: Spend more time over the stove and less time over the sink!" Pop the baking sheets in the dishwasher for convenient cleaning after you've finished using them. They are not dishwasher safe and the box says not to put them in the dishwasher. They are heavy and nice to look at. I bought them for the dishwasher safe aspect. If you want to not hand wash, do not buy these. The seller needs to change their description because it is not accurate and deliberately misleading.
The oven is safe up to 450 F. Each cooling rack has a value of 16 x 10 x 3/4′′. Steel construction with a narrow grid pattern. The 4 stable feet keep the pastries above the counter cool. Nonstick coating releases food and also cleans quickly with non-abrasive cleaners or scrubbers. There is a great cooling rack for cookies.
👤I used these to bake chicken jerky for my pups. The chicken didn't stick, they fit perfectly in my cookie sheets. Remove any excess fat or bits of bone from the chicken breasts and pat dry. The peanut butter and soy sauce should be mixed together. To make a smooth paste, stir and thin with up to 1 million gallons of water. Place the chicken in the freezer for an hour to make it easier to slice. Cut the chicken into strips from the freezer. Use a cookie sheet under the baking rack to catch drippings if you arrange slices in a single layer. For 2 hours, cook. Store in bags for up to 2 weeks. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a longer period of time. I rely on reviews to make decisions. If you think my review was useful, please click yes. Thank you.
👤I bought these to pour melted glass. When you do that, you create an amazing effect, and the racks survived the heat of my kiln, and I love them. I would buy them again.
👤We needed these racks as soon as possible as we were going to bake a lot of cookies for the holidays. We went to Amazon because the ones we found in our area were expensive and not as good as these. They did a great job. We cleaned them with hand wash and air dried them. It was easy to store and deliver. They have been used for cinnamon rolls and chicken pieces. Very pleased with them.
👤Awesome shelves. They are very durable and do not rust even out of the dishwasher. The product is great for a good price.
👤Our son received these as a Christmas gift. He has begun baking corn bread, biscuits and cookies. He has found that the texture of the items is better with the racks. The bread is not wet. He liked getting 4 racks for cooling. He says he loves them. The price was good.
👤I have used this to cook bacon. I bought them because it works great for both of them.
👤Wow, what a deal. It's an awesome price for 4 racks. This is the reason I love Amazon. The seller cares about their product so they wrapped each rack individually. Would recommend this product to everyone. It came in handy for me to be able to keep my cookies cool on the rack without having to shuffle them.
👤I thought I only needed one cooling rack, but as these came in a set of four, I bought them. I love having backups because they get almost constant use. You must have these if you are a baker. If you bake things that come out of the oven soggy, they might fall through wider spaces. It's nice to have spare or the option for a larger cooling surface. I have found them to be very easy to clean, as any rack of this design can be expected to be. I would buy them again.
