They have always cleaned up quickly for me with a soapy brush at the sink, and I have never experienced rust issues. They have done a great job for my needs. I always expect to be disappointed when I try anything blind. You might call me a cynic. * I have been pleasantly surprised. I could not imagine a rack that could go wrong with these. They fit my half sheets and are shiny. If price is a consideration and you're going to be using them as cooling rack and you're willing to wash your hands, I see no reason not to use the CIA rack. 👤I use a heavy duty cooling rack in my smoker to keep bacon out of the grate. The cross supports are strong. The unit is higher quality and costs more. I was docked for not controlling quality. The one I received had some messed up welds. I expected it to be straight. I tried to bend the wires back, but they are welded solid.

We make a lot of baked chicken, chicken wings, and pork chops, so we were looking for something to keep them out of the grease as they cook. I put this product with a Nordic Ware aluminum Baker's sheet and it was what we were looking for. The wings are very thin on 888-739-5110 It's difficult to clean. One of the best things about the product is the small grid, so I don't know how that could be fixed. It's worth the extra time to make sure you've gotten everything off.

It's not a suggestion for baked-on food to wash with hot water, mild soap and gentle sponge. The small print on the package says "not dishwasher safe." "Made from globallysourced commercial grade and heavy gauge aluminized steel" is a small print on the package. The family may reside and do business in the USA, but they get these baking racks from China, because USA Pan is a Bundy family company which has manufactured high quality bakeware and provided jobs in the USA for over 50 years. The baking rack is made in the USA. It's not okay for a baking rack to be sold in the USA as a USA family product. It was very misleading.

I think the small grids will be a chore to clean after use. It's not steel, it's aluminum, and it has a grey tint from the beginning. It's better to use aluminum in the oven as it conducts heat more evenly than steel. I'm keeping it because of that. I was disappointed when it arrived, but I think it will serve its purpose.

It seems like it was misleading. Amazon should not be a "buyer-beware" platform. The dimensions are correct at 16.75 by 11.50 inches, which makes it fit in a half-sheet pan. I can't imagine it holding up to heavy usage. It is a lot lighter than other racks I have purchased.

The company name on the package is USAPans, which is a misconception since they aren't made here. Also, accuracy is important. I will keep them since I couldn't find this particular size. 👤There is nothing you can do about it when you appreciate the quality of a god damn pan. You look forward to using it. When you say to yourself, "what the hell was I cooking with a giant pan this whole time when I could've been using several smaller ones to do the same Job?", life has peaked. Being able to cook multiple dishes on multiple pans is appreciated. I can cook potatoes in a pan. Chicken is in another garden. These pans are so thick they are not going to bend. Score!

👤I ordered different sizes of pans. A full sheet pan, a 1/3 sheet pan, 3 half sheet pans, a 1/2 sheet pan, and a Jelly roll pan are included. Some of the pans had rack that fit in them. They aren't worth the money. They are not safe to use in the dishwasher. The pans have never been put in the dishwasher, but one of them accidentally got washed in the dishwasher within a couple of weeks after I got it, and the coating came off, and has gotten worse since then. After a couple of months, the coating on all of the others started peeling off and they are starting to get stained as well. It's getting harder and harder to tell which one was the one that went through the dishwasher. The coating on the pans is flaky because of the racks that came with them. I can't recommend them to anyone. I wish I had kept my cheaper ones. The reviews warn you that the coating will fall off. All of the positive reviews have to be paid for.

I used this pan to cook bacon in my oven at 300 degrees. The clean up was easy because the bacon was cooked perfectly. The cooking takes longer, but if you time the making of the coffee and the cooking of the pancakes you should be good. I am happy that I bought two of them.

The instructions warn against using cooking spray as it will bake on a gummy coating that can only be removed by damaging the non-stick coating. After cooking bacon on the rack, I drain the grease and put the pan and rack in warm soapy water for 30 minutes. Then I use a plastic bristle brush to clean it. Voila! easypeezy. This will be an heirloom in the future if you put a little money up front. Thank you, USA!

👤The Nordic Ware pans are cheaper than this pan. They are more expensive. If you are a serious baker, they are worth it. The corrugated bottom keeps the cookies, bread, and anything else up off the pan, and lets the oven cook the entire batches very evenly. It's like baking on the oven rack because the hot oven air can circulate above and below you. I have been using this pan for 2 years. I don't use any other baking pans and this recent purchase doubled up on my collection.

I already own a few Nordic Ware sheet pans, so why not? I bought it because I took a chance. I'm not exaggerating. I love it so much that I would not hesitate to purchase it again.

They would pop and bend in the oven, and then become heavily stained and blackened in no time. The pan has been lovely. It is very heavy and does not bend even if you try to bend it with your hands. It feels sturdy and will last forever. It doesn't pop in the oven. I have baked things on a baking sheet before and they have turned out better with this pan. The raised design of it seems to help with baking and browning. Some reviews mentioned getting dents in pans. There were some light marks or scratches at the corners, but it was not damaged in any way. I knew that it was a large pan because of the description. You realize how large the half sheet is when you see it in person. It was a challenge to fit it in the fridge so I could chill it before baking. I was able to remove a few items from the fridge. The rack that comes with it is perfect for the pan. The rack's lines are close to each other and it's nice. There is no reason for you to be concerned that the food will fall through the rack. I haven't used the rack in the oven yet. It is nice that it is safe in the oven. It does take some work to clean the pan up. I have had to clean some brown spots where I had to scrub. It is not very hard but it does take some effort. There is some cloudiness in the bottom of the pan. I don't know what's causing it. It doesn't affect the pan's use, it just looks odd.

Their surface area is larger than mine, which is nice. The quarter sheets fit easily in my dishwasher lined upright like plates. I ignore the instructions from the manufacturer. I haven't washed a sheet pan in months because of these workhorses. The pans have no damage, no rust, and no warping. An improvement all around.

I lightly buttered the pans before the first batches came in, and that was the last time I did that. The batches were cooked to perfection and slid off with no sticking. And washing-up? The finish is as perfect as it was when it was fresh out of the box, because there was no trace of anything on either of the pans. I've never been a big fan of such things, but these deserve a rave, especially at the price. I went to Walmart and paid more for similar pans but only had a food stick and non-stick wash off. I washed it by hand.

👤I had to return them because they seem like they'd be great. The size listed is 9x13, but it's the bottom dimensions. The sides flare out a bit and the top edge is rolled so that the top dimensions are 9.75 x 13.75 These pans don't fit in the oven because of the sides flaring out, but I bought them to use in my Breville Toaster Oven to replace a 13" round pan.

👤The pans are only 1/3 " deep. I bought them to use as cookie sheets because they are the right length and width for my countertop oven. The cookie sheet will fall in the oven. The quality is not as good as $1 store cookie sheets. I didn't want to return them, but I did not want to put them in a wrapper. I don't have a good cookie sheet because I'm out $10. I will not buy a product from them again.

👤Do not recommend. There are many weird things. After washing, there is a weird color that drips. There is always a small amount of greyish water draining from the back lip of the tray. There was a lot of scratching from sitting against each other. The scratches are on the corners and edges of the tray, not from utensils. They are showing scratches from being placed against each other in a cabinet. The tray that's used for food does not hold up well.

👤These would be perfect if it wasn't for the brown liquid under the side folds. I washed it before using it. The clean sheet was leaking rust liquid quickly. Since they are bent over, you can't clean in the folds, so I didn't know if there was grease. The pans can work, but you can't stack them because of the brown liquid dripping. I haven't used them so I would like to return them. It is not eligible. These are non-refundable if you are going to purchase.

👤This product was pretty good. I have baked a lot of things with this pan/rack, and everything has turned out great. I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! I am very pleased with this rack and look forward to many more. When shopping, the empty bacon bag is included.

👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.

👤I used this to cook a turkey. The bird turned out well. I received this item and it appears to be bent/warped. The pan is in the middle. I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.

👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.

👤This is the first cooking rack that I've found that is not coated with a non-stick substance and that is so tight that food doesn't fall through. I've cooked with this before. It's heavy duty, doesn't warp, and washes up nicely. I almost gave up because I was tired of my chicken tenders falling through the wiring. I found this on Amazon. There is so much you can do with chicken. It turns out that it's better to put it on a cookie sheet. Chicken with Frenches Onions is the best. The other nice thing about it is that you would think the grid lines would make for sharp edges. I sent a rack back because I found silver metal splinters in my fingers and chicken. This one is very smooth. It seems to be very good. I've been using this at least once a week for five months. I put it in the dishwasher and it's held up great. I have the most useful tool in my kitchen.

👤I was replacing some old equipment. I ordered the small for use in the oven. I am glad I did. The Nordic Ware Baker's 1/2 sheet pans fit perfectly. The combination works well in our Breville oven. Excellent, very sturdy rack. The product description says that it can be used as a trivet for heavy items. I put cast iron pans on it, and it didn't move. It was nicely constructed. The welds are clean and neat. There were no broken welds. There were no signs of rust in the dishwasher. Smoothly finished around the edges with no wires hanging over. I think this will last for a long time. I am very happy with this rack. I paid the regular purchase price out of my own pocket, without any compensation for trying it out.

👤Excellent product. I am a graduate. I bought a set of two. I bought two quarter pans from Sam's Club for dirt cheap and immediately looked on Amazon for the grates. I had to buy them when I saw the DISHWASHER SAFE, which is rare because they are usually aluminum. I would love to find sheet pans made of smilanese steel. I didn't see that the manufacturer provided such items. These are easy to clean. I made a mess this week by putting two Instant Pot Cheesecakes on the rack. I left the rack in the sink. When I cleaned them the next night, I used a scrub Daddy and all of the sugar just fell off. I highly recommend this product. I will purchase the larger rack for my set of half sheet pams after this week.

👤I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new one. How great! The company has integrity and stands behind their products. I like the rack very much. It's great for roasting in and of itself, it's perfect for my sheet pan. Air circulation around meat is nice. It is coming apart after a month of use. The bars on the bottom are different from the rack grid. I have followed the manufacturer's instructions for care and cleaning after using this rack a few times.

👤The large surface area of the pans made it possible to fit a lot of potatoes at one time. I am having health issues that lead me to look at things I have overlooked. This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.

I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. 👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.
